"Boulevard of Broken Dreams" won the Grammy Award for Record of the Year.The award winning music video was  directed by Samuel Bayer, it depicts the band members after their car stopped in the desert due to engine failure and they walk down the dusty road .The video also features the band playing the song in an abandoned warehouse.
