 Sheldon Lee Cooper, real name James Joseph "Jim" Parsons born on 24th March 1973 is an American television actor as well as film actor. Jim was born and raised in Houston, Texas and was the older of the two children. His father president of plumbing supply company died in a 2001 auto-crash. In the year 1996, he got his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston in theater and later enrolled for graduate course in the University of San Diego  in year 1999.
